Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Regular Classes:

Minimum 2 hours prior to class or credit will be deducted/no refund applied. Late Cancellations & No-Shows are also subject to credit deduction/no refund.

Min. 2 participants or class will be cancelled. SOLO PARTICIPANT: We keep classes running with minimum 2 participants, if you are the only booking and you want to keep the class going, you have an option to pay double, if other people show up, we will adjust your credit back to single.

Payment must be made before class starts to confirm attendance

Drop-in/Walk-in clients are welcome to pay cash on arrival only if we have 2 paid up attendees already
5 & 10 Class Pack Policy:

Pass is charged to stored credit card (in guest’s name) at time of purchase

Shareable with friends

10 Class packs have a 6 month expiration date from the time of purchase

5 Class packs have a 3 month expiration date from the time of purchase

Charges, once billed, are not eligible for refund but extendable with top-up
Single Class & Private Cancellation Policy:

Single classes and Privately booked sessions are non refundable but rescheduling is available.

For private sessions, we require a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling within 1 month.

For regular classes minimum 2 hours prior to class or credit will be deducted/no refund applied.

Clients must use their session within 1 month of purchasing it before it becomes invalid
For Events/Workshops: Payment is non-refundable if cancelled 1 week (7 days) before event but may be credited to another person or future event, less than a week is non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
For Trainings: The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 2 weeks (14 days) before the training date. However, the full payment will be refunded after the deduction of the deposit..
All events/workshops require a minimum of 4 confirmed attendees and for trainings minimum 2 confirmed attendees. Without sufficient bookings, studio reserves the right to cancel the event/workshop no less than 24 hours in advance with notification the client. In this case, a refunds / credit will be made in full.
Optional: Solo Participant in Training can choose to do Private Training. Please ask our staff for the rate.
LATE ARRIVAL: Kindly call us on +66-(0)-822-833-442 and let us know you are running behind so we may manage accordingly. Please enter silently through car port side door & avoid using the disruptive front door.
