Sircle Dance is an innovative form of movement that explores, develops, and integrates the body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from the principles of yoga, Sircle is a collective movement class that energizes, stretches and gives freedom to our bodies and mind.
With a library of over 30 sequences, Sircle is an empowering movement meditation practice. Each class focuses on a different intention which brings clarity, energy and inspiration to every practitioner. Regular classes are 1 hr long and explore, develop, and integrate the body, mind, and spirit. It is a collective movement class that energizes, stretches and gives freedom to our bodies and mind. The class uses repetition and a gradual increase of rhythm, leaving all levels feeling challenged and liberated.
