10 Class Card

• 5 and 10 Class Card are valid for 3 and 6 months each 
• Only can be used for weekly regular classes, certain events and workshops (not for  for Private session or Trainings).  
• The Card is shareable with friends.
• Spaces is limited, please pre-book is a must.
• Class Cancelation min 2 hours before the class (or credit deducted).
• Non-Refundable, Non-Extendable. 1 month Freeze only offered for 10 Class Card. 
• Expire date extension only offered with top-up within 3 months expiration date. 

With local transfer (not accept international transfer) is 5,000 baht, with the receipt and booking request to line id: @lotuswellness
