Yoga

An ancient science that balances the body mind and spirit. We join body (through physical exercises) and mind (through meditation) to raise our awareness and care for our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Yoga connects and joins us with the universal/infinite consciousness.
Yoga consists of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayam), chanting (mantras), hand positions (mudras), body locks (bandhas), eye positions, meditation and deep relaxation. The combination of these elements tones our muscular-skeletal body, balances our nervous and glandular systems, improves circulation and helps us to master our mind.
The inner peace, physical and mental strength imparted helps us to work through any block we might be facing in life. Yoga enables us to live with heart-driven compassion for ourselves and others, to act with integrity and grace.

Inside Flow

In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body. Some people relax with punk rock and some with classical music. Your choice of music defines you and your practice. Inside Flow has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. It is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga!
